At The Cowshed, you’ll have a converted barn beside the River Usk entirely to yourself. A beautiful, serene place and nobody waiting outside for their turn.

Route: M4 west over the Prince of Wales Bridge, which has been toll-free since 2018, to junction 24, then the A449 north to Usk. Around 45 minutes.
Parking: free, right outside the door. Level, step-free access.

Is it worth travelling from Bristol?
Most clients say the countryside setting, the privacy and the time I take make it worth it. It makes the day feel really special. Make a weekend of it? Travel with a friend, spend a night at a local hotel (we have excellent ones around), have your sessions and have a girlie evening or combine it with a spa day.
What time should I leave?
Allow an hour, so you have time to spare. Arriving relaxed matters more than arriving early.
Can I book a weekday?
Yes, and Tuesday or Wednesday sessions are £50 off. They’re also quieter on the M4.
